About me
I was brought up on a rough estate in liverpool uk and i was a little tearaway,stealing,drug dealing,robberies,fighting etc and when I was 16 I moved away from home cos i was pushed out,so I hitched 300 miles south and for 20 years lived and worked in resorts,then 7 years ago I came home to see my estranged mother die in front of me,and I decided to get an apartment in liverpool and since then i have been locked away on my own ,learning and writing many songs,I don't have any friends here who play so I started off with a broken tape recorder that made a bloody constant clicking sound when I pressed record but soon i suddenly thought"hey..metronome" ha ha and then got a old 4 trak then got a 12 track and did everything on my own ,guitars piano,keyboards,harmonicas,bass,vocals,....wrote everything,etc,it was all a bit messy at first but after 4 years with the 12 track i learned to stop getting carried away with the flanger,chorus,phaser,etc ha ha so please consider that everything you hear was done alone cos i did look for musicians in liverpool but no one wanted to know or just listen to me saying i have music in my head all the time,trust me etc,,,I'm a very humble person and I thought "Iv'e had enough of meglamaniacs and ego's,i'll stay alone cos I'm a loner,and I know I have a heart LOL but anyway i'm just learning yknow? thanks for listening
